I offer compassion, understanding, and therapeutic guidance through life’s challenges. Throughout life we do the best we can to try to feel better. Unfortunately, some attempts to cope, make meaning, or numb pain often lead to confusion, disappointment, and disconnection even with the best of intentions. I offer guidance how to make sense of emotions and behaviors so that you can begin to manage your life in a way that is meaningful to you. I offer practical tools for how to manage and be with grief, fear, and shame; but my goal is for you to gain access to your inner resources of intuition, clarity, compassion, and healing.
People often look outside of themselves for healing, validation, self-worth, and evidence of contentment only to feel frustrated or heartbroken when it slips away. Together, we begin the process of looking inside to find the self-compassion, acceptance, and peace that you seek. I offer guidance how to do this while cultivating self-compassion and releasing fear and shame.
